50 years ago, at the very beginning of our professional and personal history, we started with simple, basic and essential things: manual machines for chicken processing. Today simplicity is our goal and it is guaranteed by automation in order to make the production process easier.

We chose to follow the same path and we applied the same principle used for the simplification of rabbit, quail, poussin and chicken processing to simplify the processing of other species, specifically turkeys, ducks, geese, guinea fowls, partridges and pigeons.
