OVERVIEW
Verderio cropper is driven by the overhead conveyor and its very last version is provided with new and more effective working units. Its tools are moved by the rotation of the machine itself and are disengaged once the removal of oesophagus and trachea is over.
This machine never damages the neck skin. It is completely made of stainless steel and food-grade techno-polymers.
