It is a crucial phase of processing affecting both animal welfare and meat quality. To achieve excellent bleeding, Verderio killer is provided with two tracks guiding necks until carotid arteries are cut.
These two specifically-shaped guiding tracks position neck and head for a proper and automatic killing phase. This killer can cut both sides of the bird neck as it is provided with 2 blades.
