Inside/outside washer

Verderio offers a series of bird inside/outside washers fit for any production capacity. These machines are efficient, accurate and never damage birds.

OVERVIEW

This machine is installed at the end of the evisceration cycle and its working units penetrate the thoracic cavity to wash it through a medium-pressure water spray. Hoses are specifically designed to avoid using too much water.

 

At the end of the wash phase another series of hoses washes the bird external surface through a low-pressure water spray. Here again hoses are specifically designed to avoid using too much water.
