This machine automatically opens rabbit abdomens and ensures uniform cuts even in case of flock variances. Furthermore, the rabbit positioning system guarantees that both viscera and bladder are not damaged.
OVERVIEW
The combined action of the rabbit positioning system and the special blade movement makes this machine quite reliable in terms of hygienic/sanitary standards as both viscera and bladder are never damaged. This machine does not require adjustment even in case of flock variances and the opening cut is always excellent.
This machine is equipped with several working units and each of them is provided with a blade for abdomen cutting. After each cut, working units are automatically sanitized at the rear and the machine internal parts are easily accessible to allow deep and fast cleaning.
This new machine is wholly-stainless steel and plastic material made to guarantee the highest hygiene standard and the longest life.
