OVERVIEW
This machine is usually installed immediately after the bleeding phase, because rabbit hair, flying in the air following to hind legs cut, settles on rabbit skin, thus rabbit meat does not come into direct contact with hair floating in the air and is not contaminated, so does not require washing.
The machine is completely protected by guards and provided with trough to be connected to the by-products evacuation system.
