Pneumatic forelegs cutter

This machine fits for small-medium processing plants and can process up to 1600 rabbits/hour.

Its self-adjusting system allows to cut forelegs even in case of flock variance.

This new pneumatic machine homogeneously and precisely cuts forelegs up to 1600 rabbits/hour. Its working principle is simple: whenever a rabbit approaches, a micro sends a signal that makes the cutting head with self-adjusting blade (for flock variance) lift. Compact in size and easy-to-install, this machine can be practically installed anywhere along the line: no modification is needed. It is extremely versatile and long-lasting thanks to its simple construction, its functionality and low maintenance. The use of stainless steel and thermoplastic material makes it sturdy and allows to wash it fast and effectively. We underline its absolute compliance with current regulations on safety.
