The stainless steel trough runs beneath rabbits to collect their blood which is then pumped outside the room.

OVERVIEW

The trough is located just next to the operator who cuts the carotid arteries to the aim of collecting blood during the bleeding phase. It is designed and manufactured in various forms and sizes to be installed in any processing plant and to fit to any hour capacity. It is made of stainless steel and provided with hinged guards that can be easily opened to allow a remarkably simple cleaning.
